Medicine Waters Clinic is a Tribal Health Center of Excellence — a model for integrated, culturally grounded healthcare for the Lumbee Tribe of North Carolina.
Following federal recognition of the Lumbee Tribe, Medicine Waters was created as a coordinated home for primary care, behavioral health, recovery services, care management, and culturally grounded wellness.
We honor the teachings of our elders and the resilience of our people. Care here is whole-person and whole-community — grounded in language, land, and the long story of Lumbee healing.
We work in partnership with Trillium Health Resources and Southeastern Integrated Care to advance health sovereignty, improve outcomes, and ensure care is accessible to every generation.
